Move Forward Ideathon

Sixty participants from all over the world, from corporate and retail environments, were divided into six groups of ten to develop ideas on specific topics revolving around the four pillars of the Forward Agenda. The day was structured in different working phases, following the “Design Thinking Methodology,” that puts the social, emotional, and physical needs of the customer at the center to generate new ideas and solutions quickly and effectively. During the event, there were contributions from four motivational guests who spoke to the participants and inspired them during the idea generation process. At the end of the day, the six groups presented their projects, and the winning team received a pair of YATAY Model 1B, the first bio-based sustainable sneakers, and the possibility to live an exclusive experience with the CEO the next day, consisting of a special half-day around Milan visiting unique places linked to sustainability.
