IMMERSIVE COMMUNICATION

Challenging our creative and strategic vision, we launched the Golden TVan innovative online format that has become a real editorial platform designed to bring the Golden community together to celebrate art, sustainability, uniqueness, and craftsmanshipelevating our content creation and integration to new heights, bringing the authentic Golden voice to life. In 2022 we achieved impressive results with over 12 million people reachedover 7 million views of our videos and 47% of view rate.

PEOPLE EMPOWERMENT

We promote a culture of inclusiveness and intergenerational communication, creating a diverse work environment with a focus on our youngest generation. We have developed a mentorship and people empowerment project – the G Generation – for our younger employees, with the aim of involving them into strategic meetings and workshops with the Leadership Team, as to integrate their perspectives into our brand’s key projects and processes, shaping tomorrow’s decision making and future class of leaders.
