Training, engagement, and communication at Golden create a pool of opportunities for our people to grow together with the company. We like to combine training with collective experiences, conversations, and pulse surveys, to mix digital gamification tools and personality assessments with workshops and coaching programs.

We focus on the personal development of people as individuals, as managers and as leaders. We approach this growth with different trainings such as the Individual Coaching, Conversation Coaching Clubs and the Leadership Awareness Programs.
Culture
We organize internal events and training sessions to foster culture, grow internal engagement, sense of belonging and enable our Family members to better understand and represent our Founding Values. We organize Brand Immersion sessions, D&I awareness training and sponsor the Golden Star System, for performance evaluation.
Expertise
We foster personal interests and passions to reinforce and develop personal and professional skills. We organize dedicated moments with our Family members, such as Public Speaking & Storytelling courses in the most renowned schools and Snackable Future sessions, consisting in easy training and contents on contemporary trends such as Blockchain, NFT and Metaverse.
