DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION
Inclusion has always been essential to our culture, which encourages and celebrates both individual and group achievements. Our goal is to enable everyone to fully express their authentic self, promoting inclusion while embracing all differences in gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, age, culture, and/or social status. We aim at inspiring everyone to be a star promoting a company where everyone feels respected, included and empowered.
OUR APPROACH
Through our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, we work on a set of measures to promote equal opportunities, focusing not just on policies but also on a journey of cultural awareness, consistently listening and giving voice to everyone within our Family.

Equal policies and practices
Framework of measures, policies, and procedures that we put in place to promote our inclusive cultural journey, such as the Code of Ethics, the Inclusion & Belonging Act, the listening center, and a reporting process for sexual harassment, discrimination and abuse.
Awareness training
The initiatives and activities aiming at raising awareness on inclusion and respect, such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership and inclusive language.
Conversation
Sharing moments with our Golden Family members and community to welcome different perspectives and voices, creating a culture around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics, such as our Inclusion Survey and our Employee Resource Groups worldwide.
PROMOTING DIVERSITY
With the aim of improving equal opportunities for all our employees worldwide, we created a new division fully dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion, led by the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager.
We also established an internal Inclusion & Belonging Committee, in charge of promoting and overseeing the diversity and inclusion strategy while assessing and monitoring the relevant achievements and priorities.
Additionally, an international group of internal DEI Ambassadors was set to promote dialogue and awareness of these topics across all Regions and business functions.
