Starting in Golden Goose has been a huge change for me. I was working as an interior designer and I switched to a more creative and artistic job – that of Co-Creation Coordinator. But, nonetheless, I never felt left out of the conversation because of my professional background. Not even for who I am – a proud, black woman. People in Golden are very genuine and kind. They care for your opinion and your voice has true value. I will never forget when I had the chance to speak at Georgetown University with Golden Goose CEO Silvio Campara. There, I realized that for Golden it was more than just my job title. What mattered was me, exactly for who I am.
