What made you fall in love with Golden Goose?

Golden Goose is like a family to me, where I feel safe and welcomed with the opportunity to grow and express who I am. The first time I walked in Golden, I felt at home. This is what made me immediately fall in love with the Brand.

A book, a song, a place, that best describes you and why.

“Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. I believe in the power of helping people to find their own meaning and purpose and bring it to life. It’s a powerful reading, yet simple and practical.

Your role in fostering a people-centric culture in Golden Goose.

I always try to put myself into our people’ shoes (which make much sense at Golden!) taking into consideration everyone's needs in an inclusive, holistic, and comprehensive way. I avoid one size-fits-all solutions and I always involve my team and peers when making important decisions.
