Federica Ruzzi

Chief Sustainibility Officer

Federica Ruzzi is Chief Sustainability Officer at Golden Goose, reporting directly to the CEO, Silvio Campara. She is a member of the Inclusion and Belonging Committee and the Ethics Committee.

She oversees on ESG matters, product innovation and circularity, environment, social responsibility, and corporate communications at a global level. Together with her team, she aims at disseminating a culture of responsibility within the Company and amongst its stakeholders, leveraging on current and future economic, environmental, and social opportunities. With a remarkable expertise in the sustainability and innovation field, Federica held positions of increasing responsibility in the automotive and luxury fields before joining Golden Goose.

She began her professional career in 1998 at Toyota as Marketing Strategy and Communications Coordinator, moving then in FIAT and following the launch of the FIAT 500 communication campaign up to becoming in the following years Sustainability, Environment, and Innovation Manager. In 2011, she became Head of the Sustainability unit in CNH Industrial, moving then in 2016 in Moncler as Sustainability Director.

Born in 1972, she graduated in Business Administration at the University of Rome with subsequent specializations in Marketing and in Public Relations.
