INTEGRATED APPROACH
Since 2021 we are conducting a materiality analysis to identify the most pressing environmental, social, and governance issues where we can make the greatest impact, as well as the sustainability-related risks and opportunities that are most relevant to our business.
To keep up with changes in the sector and in regulatory requirements, and to ensure the alignment of our priorities with our industry’s emerging trends, we actively engage our stakeholders in a collaborative effort of sharing and listening, gaining valuable insight into their and an opportunity to grow and strengthen our commitments and ambitions.
The analysis helps us identify our sustainability priorities, ambitions and goals for the years ahead and guides our efforts in building a more integrated sustainability management approach, by defining a governance model that requires the interaction of various roles dedicated to supervising and managing these topics.
To ensure our people’s ethical and responsible behavior and foster transparency in everything we do, we defined a set of governance tools to support us in our day-to-day business, starting from the Code of Ethics we have defined a range of policies and guidelines to translate our guiding principles into operational practices. These help our people and suppliers make the right decisions in areas such as chemicals management, health and safety, materials selection, procurement, and sourcing.
