OUR G GENERATION
The Golden Generation, the youngest voice of our Family, composed of eighty-five employees under the age of 30, acts as a consultative body that is fully independent from any form of company governance. They are tasked with raising Top Management’s awareness of the social aspects of sustainability regarding the emerging needs and culture of the youngest generations, with a focus on cultural identity, products and innovative technologies. Acting as a generator of innovation, they fulfil their role by proposing projects and initiatives that can effectively spread a culture of inclusion and cohesiveness within the company, as well enabling the celebration of new and daring talents.
